Clean and Green Pakistan with Shukral (CGPS) is a registered welfare society focused on reforestation, environmental improvement and community participation. Trees sit at the centre of the mission because healthy forests support biodiversity, cleaner air and more resilient communities.
With the support of contributors, institutions and local communities, CGPS works to expand green spaces, raise environmental awareness and encourage practical action for Pakistan’s future.

Afforestation and reforestation are at the heart of CGPS climate action. Tree planting is connected with biodiversity protection, local employment, community support and long-term forest care.
The organization calls on government departments, institutions, businesses and citizens to work together to reduce deforestation and strengthen Pakistan’s natural environment.
Plantation is only one part of the work. CGPS also focuses on awareness, local participation and partnerships that help communities take ownership of environmental improvement.
CGPS aims to make Pakistan more sustainable for future generations through tree planting, environmental awareness and community involvement. Plantation campaigns help increase green cover, while seminars and public activities encourage people to understand their own role in environmental protection.
Support can take many forms, including participation in plantation drives, institutional collaboration, financial contribution and the provision of suitable land for planting.
Our completed work includes tree plantation drives, awareness seminars and eco-education through public lucky-draw events.
25,000 trees were planted on Sargodha Road, 20,000 at Dhullian Chowk and 420,000 at Neela Dulha Motorway Interchange.
Students in schools and colleges were reached through environmental awareness activities, with 188,000 indirect beneficiaries reported.
Six listed events engaged communities while communicating the importance of climate action and tree plantation.
Our future roadmap extends from local plantation activity to river corridors, highways, railway tracks, coastal routes, mountains, Balochistan and a national nursery network.
CGPS holds registration records from the Registrar Joint Stock Companies, Punjab Charity Commission registration and an FBR taxpayer registration certificate. PCP foreign-funding and Foreign Affairs Ministry certificates are currently in process.
